[TODO] Readme update but to run tests, first issue this command: npm run testrunnerstart and then in a different BASH / Powershell / Whaterver CLI session issue this command npm run testf-e
Be careful there is something going on with the JPG image optomisation so I took out that bit of the config as opposed to the version on my gulp/helper/image-compress branch
